It was first prize for Shirland at the NEMBBA Autumn Contest with a rousing rendition of Brahms Academic Festival Overture.
The band would like to thank NEMBBA for an extremely well run contest which was well received by the audience and participants at the Darley Dale Whitworth Centre.
